Jual Oram’s Wife Jhingia Passes Away; Odisha CM & BJP Leaders Pay Last Respects

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed profound grief over the passing away of Jhingia Oram, wife of Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram, late on Saturday.

According to sources, she breathed her last at 10.50 pm while undergoing treatment for dengue at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. She was 58. Jual is also suffering from dengue and is under treatment.

The CM along with Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan, Health Minister Mukesh Mahaling, Speaker Surama Padhi and other BJP leaders paid their last respects to the departed soul late last night.

Majhi described Jhingia as as pious, soft-spoken person, who immersed herself in social and charitable works. He further stated that she had played an important role in Jual’s long political journey.
