Bhubaneswar: NTPC Kaniha has bagged the prestigious NTPC Swarna Shakti Overall Champion Award and NTPC Swarna Shakti Award for excellence in Human Resources Management (HR) for year 2022-23 amongst all the NTPC stations in the country.
The NTPC Swarna Shakti Awards are given to the best performing stations/projects of NTPC across the country in different categories every year .
The station also bagged the Overall Excellence Award in NTPC Business Excellence Category for 2023-24. Shri A K Sehgal, HOP, Kaniha and Shri Sudip Nag, RED (ER-I & II) received the awards from CMD, NTPC and other dignitaries at the inaugural session of Indian Power Stations ( IPS-2024 ) O&M Conference taking place at Raipur from 13th to 15th February, 2024.
