Bhubaneswar: In a bid to find out young talents and future players for the nation, the Indian Rugby Football Union (IRFU) Board in its meeting formed a four-member tournament committee for 2024-2025.
While IRFU Secretary Rahul Bose will lead the committee as chairman, Odisha Rugby Football Association Secretary Upendra Kumar Mohanty, Sanaya Mehta Vyas and Vahbiz Bahrucha are in the committee as members.
“As the Indian Government is planning to host Olympic in 2036, our focus will be on the Sub-Junior and Junior categories. In the coming two years, the Junior tournaments will be the prime concern,” said Mohanty.
